This fast growing telecommunications business is mobilising a customer experience programme and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key workstream, initially focused on design of the customer journey and working closely with technical and IT teams to ensure it can be delivered.

As the successful applicant you'll demonstrate:

  • Strong experience delivering project/programmes in the telecommunication sector.
  • Proven track record leading CX/service design workstreams.
  • Experience producing and overseeing journey blueprints that are specific enough for operations and technology teams to act on.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Credible, hands on and low ego.
  • Ability to lead a small team.

Additional information:

  • 9 month contract
  • August/September start
  • Day rate circa £650 outside IR35
  • Predominantly home based with occasional UK travel.
