This leading Insurance business is implementing an outsourcing programme and are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead. Working with the Programme Director and leadership team, you will lead all business engagement and readiness activities for this multi function outsourcing programme.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading Change Management for multi function Business Process Outsourcing programmes in international organisations - essential.
- Ideally a background in the insurance sector.
- Background in top tier management consulting combined with experience in client side roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Delivery focused and happy to be hands on and into the detail.
