The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
This leading retail business in Spain has a significant footprint across Europe and continues to grow at pace. To support this growth they are mobilising a programme to implement S/4HANA for core finance, and are looking for an experienced transformation specialist to lead the programme. Reporting to the CFO you will lead the initial discovery phase, and work closely with the technology and other internal teams to drive the resulting implementation.
The role is based in Spain 3 days per week, with the rest remote.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Proven track record as a Program Director or Implementation Lead for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme.
- Deep expertise in finance process optimisation within a complex, multi-country retail environment.
- Strong background in managing Systems Integrators and re-negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with C-level executives.
- Fluent in Spanish (essential) with strong English capabilities. Any French language skills would be an advantage.
