Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for your next career move? Bidwells are seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our Client Experience and Business Development team based at our office in Oxford. Our team are the driving engine behind client retention, insight and business growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll provide support to our team of six, helping to bring high‑quality administrative support, structure, coordination and maintain consistently high standards across all our processes. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders of all levels to manage and optimise our Client Experience, Sales Enablement and Pursuits functions. The role is ideal for a detail conscious organiser who loves getting things done, organising teams, creating and documenting processes, coordinating a broad range of internal stakeholders, developing content, cataloguing training and producing high-quality reports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive, and keen to play a central role in the success of an essential core business function.
What you’ll be doing
- Client Experience
- Coordinating diaries and organising meetings for colleagues across the business, ensuring they take place and that activities are being driven forwards.
- Preparing professional reports, agendas, minutes and PowerPoint presentations and supporting with the creation of surveys, monitoring activity and engagement and reporting.
- Assist with the co-ordination and production of key client materials, annual reports etc which may be required.
- Supporting the organisation of marketing events, meetings and room bookings.
- Manage the BD Inbox, various portals and information regarding frameworks that we are appointed on or plan to bid on.
- Creation of Bidnet (intranet) success articles to share successes and other team achievements.
- The production and submission of bid/tender documents nationally in line with the brand, supporting the BD team where required.
- Manage Open Asset, a Document Asset Management System which is a library of all our key marketing materials, and train new joiners.
- Support implementation and data management of our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Create all required training documentation and maintain knowledge management and version control systems.
- Encourage adoption and best practices of our CRM across the business directly, through the effective collaboration of nominated ‘Champions’, and by enabling our firm-wide Hubspot communications and training strategies.
- Utilise data capture and segmentation tactics to optimise systems intelligence and insight reporting.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- A Professional Services background would be highly advantageous.
