Job Description Bidwells growing Investment and Property Management department is looking for a Partner to join our team as a Senior Property Manager. Our successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property management functions across Trinity College’s diverse property portfolio, with a primary focus on the Cambridge Science Park and Leeds ground rent portfolio. You will be working closely with the Facilities Manager, Asset Manager, and other departments, including Agency, Building, and Capital Markets teams, to deliver high-quality property management services. This position will take a leadership role in our Property Management team. Extensive experience of a leadership role within commercial property management, from another property consultancy or owner/investor, is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional eager to work with a respected portfolio and support sustainability initiatives while contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
