Are you a Rural Graduate looking to kick‑start your career in a leading consultancy? We are looking for a Graduate Rural Surveyor to work as part of a collaborative team across a significant and diverse rural estate portfolio, gaining exposure to large‑scale landholdings and a broad range of estate management activities.

As a Graduate Rural Surveyor at Bidwells, you’ll join our structured Graduate Development Programme, gaining hands‑on experience across our specialist teams while developing the commercial, technical and professional skills needed to succeed. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring and regular reviews to support your progression.

You will be joining our Rural Estate Management and Professional team, a well‑established team that brings a fresh, modern approach to land agency, combining deep‑rooted sector knowledge with innovative thinking to support the evolving rural economy. We advise on over 1 million acres of farms and estates across the UK, working with a wide range of clients including private individuals, estates, trusts, charities and corporate organisations. Our services span agency, estate management, business strategy, valuations, planning and development and renewable energy consultancy.

We are looking for someone to join us around the beginning of July, with the role based in either our Inverness or Perth office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting senior surveyors across a range of professional work, including valuations, diversification projects, business planning, grant sourcing and landlord.
