Do you want to be part of a leading UK property consultancy who are at the forefront of two of the most dynamic real estate markets in the UK?
This role is the ideal first step into cartography - or a great move if you already have some knowledge or experience of GIS Mapping. Our mapping team provides Cartographic support to our divisions, service teams and clients across the UK.
Your job will be to provide technical and administrative support which will include preparing new, and updating existing, mapping information and also using surveyed data, historical maps and aerial photography. Plans include those for residential properties, commercial properties, location plans, Ordnance plans, forestry plans and site plans for planning purposes.
What you’ll be doing
- Map filing and archiving
- Preparing and inputting time sheets
- Booking in of work from agents and clients
- Ordering materials
Some experience of O.S. based mapping and knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcMap 10.6/Promap is an advantage, but this is not essential as we’ll provide training.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has a Geography degree, who is perhaps looking for their first job.
