Do you have experience in accounting, rent administration or finance support and are you looking for your next step or a new exciting opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Rent Accountant to provide rent accounting and management support to Bidwells Rural Estate Management team. In this new role, you will play a key part in delivering managing agent services across a significant and diverse rural estate portfolio, ensuring rent income, tenant payments and expenditure are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

This position is central to effective financial reporting and high-quality service delivery, working closely with the Senior Rent Accountant and wider estate management teams. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the management of a large and diverse rural estate portfolio, spanning tens of thousands of acres across multiple locations. The work goes beyond core financial administration, contributing to the successful day-to-day management of the estate, building strong relationships with tenants, communities and stakeholders and supporting the long-term stewardship of rural assets.

This role will be based in our Inverness office.
