Are you an experienced in-house Graphic Designer who thrives off innovation and experimenting with new design trends? If so, we are looking for a creative expert to join our in-house Graphic Design team! Bidwells is a forward-thinking property consultancy, committed to pushing boundaries and redefining the industry. We are passionate about innovation and creativity, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer who shares our ambition to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table.

In this role, our talented and creative graphic designer will be instrumental in defining Bidwells' visual identity across both print and digital platforms. From crafting compelling marketing materials and branding assets to developing high-quality pitch documents, event collateral, and engaging social media content, you will help our brand make a lasting impact in a competitive market. What you will be doing:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts and designs that elevate the Bidwells brand across all channels.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, event collateral, and digital assets for web and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Push creative boundaries by exploring new design approaches, typography, colour schemes, and layout techniques.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest design technology and trends, integrating them into your work.
  • Support internal teams with high-quality design for bids, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Work within brand guidelines while also bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Line management of our Junior Graphic Designer.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, either in-house or agency.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically about design and its role in business growth.
  • A natural disruptor - someone who isn’t afraid to challenge conventional approaches and present bold ideas.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
