The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
To provide comprehensive operational support to the team. Assisting in other general duties as requested by Senior Management and working towards streamlining processes.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring your SIA license is always with you whilst on duty and any changes to license details are communicated.
- To carry out all procedures as laid out in the Assignment Instruction.
- To lock and unlock the site as and when requested.
- Support for Event set up, movement of furnishings and escorting equipment.
- Assist in the emergency evacuation as required.
- To liaise with emergency services when needed.
- Providing guidance and requests to Security officers.
- To assist, in the common areas, any retail unit security with any stops they make.
- To administer First Aid as and when required.
- To attend all training and development courses as instructed.
- The ability to identify and escalate matters which require remedial action is critical in this role.
- Liaising and maintaining close working relationships with all Guest Service teams.
- To report any defect and/or incident to the Mall Supervisor, and carry out any required investigation.
- To provide holiday and sickness cover as required.
- Any other tasks/activities required.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Previous experience of working within Security.
- Experience of working within both a reactive and proactive environment (essential).
- Operational experience (preferred).
- Door Supervisor SIA.
- First Aid.
