Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Dual Service Manager to lead Security, Cleaning and Maintenance across a busy community-based shopping centre. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of all FM services, drive service standards and champion continuous improvement while aligning with client SLAs.
In this role you will manage multi-disciplined teams, oversee budgets, staffing, audits and performance reporting, and build strong relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders to enhance the service delivery.
