We are looking for a new Assistant Contract Manager to join us onsite with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of Cleaning Services across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the strategic development of the account, supporting and developing an operational delivery team capable of exceeding client expectations and account performance metrics.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of service performance across onsite teams.
- Drive and measure compliance with KPI and audit requirements with operational teams.
- Apply and develop industry best practice at assigned locations on site.
- Endorse new company initiatives and ensure they are implemented.
- Recruit and retain a core group of competent cleaning operatives and janitors to deliver best-in-class cleaning solutions.
- Ensure all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques, health and safety, and that documentary evidence is kept.
- Maximise communication across the campus at all levels and represent the professional image of the company.
- Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in change management, with a proven background in identifying, implementing and managing change.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management.
- A proven background in a leadership role.
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
