Location: Woodberry Down, N4 2NZ (mobile across a large number of properties)

Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a new Assistant Contract Manager to join us onsite with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of Cleaning Services across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic development of the account, supporting and developing an operational delivery team capable of exceeding client expectations and account performance metrics.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of service performance across onsite teams.
  • Drive and measure compliance with KPI and audit requirements with operational teams.
  • Apply and develop industry best practice at assigned locations on site.
  • Endorse new company initiatives and ensure they are implemented.
  • Recruit and retain a core group of competent cleaning operatives and janitors to deliver best-in-class cleaning solutions.
  • Ensure all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques, health and safety, and that documentary evidence is kept.
  • Maximise communication across the campus at all levels and represent the professional image of the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
What we are looking for
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in change management, with a proven background in identifying, implementing and managing change.
  • Extensive experience in client relationship management.
  • A proven background in a leadership role.
  • Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
