About The Role
Location: UK, London Centric. Reports to: Senior Business Development Director.
The Business Development Director will lead company growth in the UK specifically in London, in the private and corporate sector. This role focuses on delivering soft services—such as cleaning and security.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Director
- Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies that are closely aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, setting clear and measurable targets, and ensuring the successful delivery of soft services in accordance with the unique demands of each sector.
- Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth and value creation.
- Taking ownership of the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of high-value contracts with a range of clients.

Location
This is a hybrid role which offers the freedom and flexibility of working remotely combined with regular office attendance to facilitate team connection and collaboration. Given the global remit of the role, regular travel to our locations throughout Great Britain and the Island of Ireland is required.
