About The Role

Shift work: Days, Nights, Weekends,

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Support Officer who will work at our client\’s premises.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require Officers to be SIA Licenced.

Duties as a Security Support Officer:-

• Ensure the safety and security of people, premises, and property.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of all centre areas, including the car parks.
• Cover lock/unlock duties.
• Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
• Comply with all data protection regulations concerning information accessed during duty.
• Keep precise records of incidents, patrols, and specific checks.- Attend to evacuations, security alerts, and public disorder in line with training received.
• Liaise with local police and fire services where necessary to enhance the security image of the centre.
• Complete daily/monthly security checks on lifts, access points, fire equipment, etc.
• Assist with issues related to car park equipment.

Job role requirements as a Security Support Officer:

• Fully comprehensive 5-year work and education history.
• SIA Licence is essential CCTV licence is desirable.
• Clear communication and administrative skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• A flexible approach to shift patterns, operational procedures, and staffing requirements.
