Bidvest Noonan is seeking an Account Director to act as the operational lead on a national soft services contract across the UK. You will manage a team of Regional and store-based Soft Service Managers and related colleagues, with commercial responsibility for retention and growth, and monthly P&L reporting.
You’ll drive service quality via SLAs and KPIs, ensure compliance with IMS/SHEQ, and build strong relationships with key customers while coordinating across stakeholders to meet performance.
