As the Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational, people, and performance support across multiple security contracts within an assigned region. You'll drive consistent service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction while supporting local management teams to meet contractual and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Provide hands-on operational support to security contracts across the region, including short-term cover where required.
- Ensure all sites operate in line with company standards, client requirements, and contractual KPIs.
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and transition of existing contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor service delivery and compliance.
- People Management
- Support Area and Site Managers with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of security personnel.
- Assist with performance management, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes.
- Promote high standards of leadership, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
- Support training requirements and competency development across the region.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a regional point of contact for clients during escalations or service challenges.
- Support resolution of complaints, incidents, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with licensing legislation (e.g. SIA), health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support investigations into incidents, breaches, or non-compliance.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of reports, audits, and documentation.
- Commercial & Performance Support
- Assist with budgetary control, including cost management and overtime monitoring.
- Support delivery of productivity, margin, and performance targets.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiencies.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in security operations or security management.
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional contracts.
- Strong understanding of security compliance, licensing, and operational standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including unsociable hours when required.
- Frontline SIA Licence.
- Full UK driving licence.
