Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join us on a part-time basis. As a Maintenance Operative onsite, you’ll be focusing on delivering and maintaining a quality standard onsite with our client. You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your own time whilst working as part of a wider team. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, who wants to continually make a difference to their and others' working environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.
- Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures.
- Maintain all centre public car park areas during trading hours.
- Deal with spillages.
- Empty waste bins.
- Service entrance and exits.
- Maintain designated external areas.
- Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driver’s License preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable.
