A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Front of House Receptionist, who will work at our client’s premises.

This is a high-profile Front of House Receptionist position; you therefore must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

The receptionist is required to provide an efficient, effective, and professional service. Excellent timekeeping is essential.

Purpose of Role

To provide an efficient, polite and welcoming reception service, for both telephone and personal callers to The Mall management suite

  • Client responsibilities and Duties
  • To develop excellent relationships with all retailers, mall management and external contractors and suppliers
  • To ensure the delivery of a high level of customer service
  • To ensure all telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing, are dealt with in a timely, efficient and polite manner to ensure all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • To ensure the reception area is tidy and well presented at all times, and that sufficient information leaflets etc are always available.
  • To maintain an up to date out of hours contact telephone list.
  • To ensure a high level of communication is maintained with all relevant individuals within The Mall
  • Support the mall management team during any centre emergency procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of the car park staff and tenant parking on behalf of Reef.
  • Manage the centre’s lost & found property.
  • Support the commercial manager on queries relating to new enquires and vending
  • Support the marketing team with all community activities.
  • Update Centre touchpoints including Baby changing board and job board.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude
  • Display an outstanding level of customer focus and understand the reasons for it
  • Ability to take responsibility for problems that client staff and visitors may have Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Bidvest Noonan and the client
  • Carry out all reception duties as agreed with the site and as stated in the Assignment Instructions
