Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bidvest Noonan conducting your activities in a professional and courteous way.
  • Ensure that access control procedures are adhered to and elevate any issues in relation to the same.
  • Perform Front of house duties in an office/banking setting.
  • Patrolling of building in line with onsite SOP’s.
  • Report any security events in the onsite log.
  • Deal with emergency situations as per Assignment Instruction.
  • Support emergency services as required.
  • Complete End of Shift report detailing activities conducted throughout the day.
