Duties as a CCTV Control Room Operator:
- Assist with investigating site incidents and compile concise detailed reports.
- Analyse situations, make quick decisions and elevate to appropriate department.
- Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the client’s systems.
- Upholding high attention to detail, adhering to strict standard operating procedures, maintaining professional client services.
- Assisting the Management team on administration tasks.
- Communicating effectively within your team to problem solve.
- Responsible for actively monitoring the health safety and welfare of all users across the client portfolio.
- Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable with procedures.
