A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a CCTV Control Room Operator, who will work at our prestigious client site. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

Duties as a CCTV Control Room Operator:

  • Assist with investigating site incidents and compile concise detailed reports.
  • Analyse situations, make quick decisions and escalate to appropriate department.
  • Maintain, update and retrieve data held on the client’s systems.
  • Uphold high attention to detail, adhering to strict standard operating procedures, maintaining professional client services.
  • Assist the Management team on administration tasks.
  • Communicate effectively within your team to problem solve.
  • Be responsible for actively monitoring the health, safety and welfare of all users across the client portfolio.
  • Ensure you are fully knowledgeable with procedures.
  • Protect all information contained within the Security Control room environment.
  • Follow and implement daily tasks from management.

Job role requirements as a CCTV Control Room Operator:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal and interpersonal skills required.
  • Competent level of IT skills essential and comfortable using computer software packages.
  • Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve issues or problems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Obtained PSA Licence - Security Guarding.
  • Previous experience in the security industry is required (minimum 6 months in a similar environment).
  • Customer focused.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
