Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite, driving standards and maintaining client relationships. The role is based on a Thursday to Monday shift, 6am–2pm, with daily hands-on leadership to ensure high cleaning standards.
You will coordinate materials and equipment, report faults, ensure PPE and uniform compliance, and support a safe, reliable service for the client. Strong communication and reliability are essential to succeed.
