- Job role requirements as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor
- Are you flexible to meet the needs of the business with regards to working hours , available for nightshift including weekends ?
• Do you have previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience ?
• Do you haveknowledge of COSHH ?

Duties as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor
- Supervising a cleaning team , which includes delegating duties, motivating the team to achieve standards and dealing with sickness and holiday cover.
- Ensuring cleaning standards of deep cleans are maintained across the site.
- Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly.
- Carrying out regular cleaning audits .
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment .
- Ensuring strong working relationship with and between operatives .
- Working as part of a team .
