    • Monitor risks, dependencies, and compliance across all bids
    • Ensure all approvals and checkpoints are completed and recorded
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide clear pipeline reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
    • Analyse trends and identify process improvements across the bid lifecycle
    • Embed lessons learned into future planning and workflow optimisation
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders
  • Expertise in workflow tools (e.g. SharePoint, Planner, CRM)
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to spot risks, trends, and inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on governance, data accuracy, and process discipline
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced bid environment

Why Join Us?

  • Play a critical leadership role in a high-impact, strategically important function
