The Business Development Director will lead company growth in the UK specifically in London, in the private and corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Director
- Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies that are closely aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, setting clear and measurable targets, and ensuring the successful delivery of soft services in accordance with the unique demands of each sector.
- Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth and value creation.
- Taking ownership of the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of high-value contracts with a range of clients, spanning the entire sales process—from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and the finalization of agreements.
