An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire Security Officers to work at Space House which is situated in Central London between Covent Garden and Holborn.

This role would suit someone who values flexible shifts and is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client's premises ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities

  • Reinforce our vision to always be our clients "partner of choice";
  • Ensureclient premises and surrounding public realm remains safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel into the premises.
  • CCTV Operators: Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;
  • Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern
  • Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
  • Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
  • To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency First Aid response (Advanced FAST Aid training may be available once initial site training and probation are both completed).
  • Full site training consisting of two day shifts and two night shifts will be given to the successful candidates.

  • SIA Door Supervisor License
  • Experience in customer service
  • Team player
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a customer facing position
  • Shifts include days, nights and ad hoc event cover
  • SIA CCTV License
  • First aid at work certified or above
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Paid holidays
