Your key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- You’ll monitor and maintain the security standards for the contract as laid down in the client’s procedures.
- You will head up the security team, ensuring duties are delivered across the site to meet client needs.
- You will embrace the One Team ethos of the site in dealing with facilities security managers and in constant consideration of the impact our activities may have on other stakeholders.
- Escalate incidents or areas of concern to the security managers / site facilities teams.
- Ensure that all employees are compliant with company policies in relation to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Various duties to include all daily audits and TTs, such as Daily Camera Checks, DDTST (Daily Device Tests), and ensure patrols are carried out in designated areas.
- Assist with location checks, device statuses related to masking, OSD cover and any other methods of assistance that can be provided to the onsite teams.
- Carry out monthly CGF access checks.
- Ensure all rostered officers are still in date.
- Engage in ongoing monitoring of standards being delivered, identify shortfalls and propose rectifications, identify training needs and deliver requisite guidance.
- You’ll manage the day-to-day supervision of the security team.
