A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Retail Security Officer who will work at our client’s well‑known site. The role reports directly into the Regional Manager and requires high‑quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
Responsibilities
- Act as a visual deterrent in store
- Liaise with police and other emergency services
- Report incidents and write incident reports
- Conduct internal and external patrols
- Ensure all training from the client and Bidvest Noonan is completed and adhered to while on duty
- Frequently liaise with store management weekly or daily to discuss store inventory results, high‑loss products and findings during patrols to reduce loss via theft in store
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- De‑escalate situations
- Report all incidents via the client‑specific link and to the Bidvest Noonan Control Room
