As the Account Manager, you will drive our success through contract management across the account. You'll create and maintain meaningful relationships with the respective clients, key stakeholders, and employees onsite, alongside promoting a compliant, customer-focused, and trained workforce to ensure the day-to-day successful delivery of the service.
Key Accountabilities:- You’ll manage all associated services at the client's site.
- You’ll proactively work with both the client and our own team to develop and further enhance the contract.
- To ensure financial budgets and targets are achieved.
- You will liaise with the client representatives and resolve all contractual queries, promptly dealing with complaints and service requests.
