The Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Housekeeping Operative to join our team at The Centre.
This is a hands‑on role that is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth day‑to‑day operation of the centre. Working as part of a supportive team, you will ensure that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility in undertaking a variety of duties to support the operational needs of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Teamwork and Site Support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
- Provide support to other departments and operational teams as required.
- Carry out reasonable management requests in line with business needs.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support the overall success of the operation.
Health and Safety
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Promptly report any hazards, defects, incidents, accidents, or near misses.
- Operate equipment safely and in accordance with training and company guidelines.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for colleagues, contractors, visitors, and customers.

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
