The role covers unplanned home visits from 7pm to 8am as part of the out-of-hours GP service and Rapid Response team, with up to 27.5 hours per week across night and twilight shifts.
You will record notes in real time on a laptop and smartphone, use a vehicle for work, and must be NMC registered with current CPD.
