This bank post with Waltham Forest Federated GP Network covers anticoagulation (DOAC) clinics across Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Havering and Newham, for one day. The core of the work is clinically assessing and treating patients within a multi-disciplinary team, managing their anticoagulation care and running structured medication reviews. The role is largely remote, with clinics held in practices and some home visits, and training is offered to those new to DOAC services.
