The acute dietetic team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a rotational Band 5 dietitian. The post combines clinical dietetic work with education, and the holder will help develop the Trust's nutrition and dietetic service. It sits within a 20-strong department covering acute, community and paediatric services, and the team hosts student dietitians on placement. Current HCPC registration is needed, and returners to practice may be considered.
What the job involves
- Provide a comprehensive clinical and educational dietetic service
- Contribute to the development of the Nutrition & Dietetic service as a member of the dietetic team
- Deliver a quality dietetic service through evidence-based practice across acute, community and paediatric work
Qualifications
- Registered dietitian with BSc or equivalent
Registration & licences
- Current HCPC registration

- Recent experience of a range of clinical dietetics
- Current knowledge of dietary issues and clinical dietetics
