This is a key role responsible for preparing accurate and competitive pricing for tenders, supporting early contractor involvement, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering tenders
- Collaborate with bid managers, planners, procurement, and technical teams
- Analyse and price labour, plant, materials, subcontractor packages, and preliminaries
- Provide cost-effective design advice and alternative solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement procedures
