A Tier 1 main contractor is looking to add to their work winning team. The role can be based out of London/Birmingham or Sheffield. They require a Senior Bid Writer with hard services FM experience.
You will be writing content as well managing the process from conception through to handover. There will be regular bidder days and conferences you will be required to attend. The sectors that will initially be covered include commercial, residential and social housing. Excellent career progression on offer.
A strong command of the English language both written and verbal is a necessity as is a successful track record of writing winning bids. There will be 3 days at home and 2 in the office.
