We are seeking a DV‑cleared Bid Writer with a strong background in IT Managed Services to support a short‑term contract engagement. This role is critical in shaping persuasive, technically accurate responses to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and embedding ITIL/ITSM best practice into proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, compelling bid responses aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.
- Collaborate with SMEs, service architects, and delivery teams to translate complex technical concepts into client‑friendly language.
- Participate in bid reviews and contribute to win strategies.
- Ensure proposals meet governance standards and contractual requirements.
- Incorporate ITIL/ITSM principles into service descriptions and operating models.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Specialist within IT Managed Services.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with managed service models, SLAs, and service delivery processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools.
