I am seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a London-based Tier 1 contracting team, with a proven track record in the energy sector. The successful candidate will lead the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission and post-bid review.
The role demands strong leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including estimators, planners, engineers, and commercial staff whilst shaping winning strategies for high-value energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have significant bid management experience within a Tier 1 contractor environment possibly Tier 2, with exposure to large-scale energy projects such as renewables, power generation, or transmission and distribution.
A degree in engineering, construction management, or business is preferred, and APMP certification would be advantageous.
