Responsibilities: Develop, write and edit high-quality proposal content that responds to client requirements and clearly communicates key win themes.
Work closely with bid teams and subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, compelling, client-focused responses.
Facilitate answer planning sessions, interviews, workshops and reviews to support the development of winning submissions.
Review responses against client requirements and evaluation criteria, providing constructive feedback where required.
Maintain consistency through the application of house style, templates and content standards.
Proofread and quality-check submissions before final sign-off and delivery.
Support the continuous improvement of bid content by reviewing evidence, case studies and collateral materials.
Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future proposal performance.
Leverage technology and best-practice tools to increase efficiency and responsiveness across the team.
About
You: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding grammar, clarity and attention to tone.
The ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
