Looking to join a high performing proposals team and help shape the stories that win major building and infrastructure projects?

Develop, write and edit high-quality proposal content that responds to client requirements and clearly communicates key win themes.

Facilitate answer planning sessions, interviews, workshops and reviews to support the development of winning submissions.

Maintain consistency through the application of house style, templates and content standards.

Proofread and quality-check submissions before final sign-off and delivery.

Support the continuous improvement of bid content by reviewing evidence, case studies and collateral materials.

Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future proposal performance.
