Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write and edit high-quality proposal content that responds to client requirements and clearly communicates key win themes.
  • Work closely with bid teams and subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, compelling, client-focused responses.
  • Facilitate answer planning sessions, interviews, workshops and reviews to support the development of winning submissions.
  • Review responses against client requirements and evaluation criteria, providing constructive feedback where required.
  • Maintain consistency through the application of house style, templates and content standards.
  • Proofread and quality-check submissions before final sign-off and delivery.
  • Support the continuous improvement of bid content by reviewing evidence, case studies and collateral materials.
  • Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future proposal performance.
  • Leverage technology and best-practice tools to increase efficiency and responsiveness across the team.
