A nationwide facilities management provider is seeking a Bid Co‑ordinator to support the retention of existing contracts and the winning of new business across cleaning and consumables services in healthcare, education, offices and other environments. This is a fully home‑based role with occasional travel to London and other UK locations for team meetings.
Working closely with Bid Managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate public sector tender activity from opportunity identification through to submission and post‑tender feedback. The role is heavily focused on administration, compliance and process management, including:
- Maintaining CRM records (Salesforce or similar)
- Managing tender portals
- Coordinating PSQs and ITTs
- Overseeing contract expiry tracking
- Supporting TUPE processes
This is a hands‑on coordination role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under pressure while ensuring nothing is missed.
