A market leader in social housing and regeneration is now looking for a senior bid manager/writer or head of to join their team on a hybrid basis in the Essex/East London area. This role will involve managing the end-to-end bid process whilst utilising the support of the wider bid and commercial teams. You will be responsible for overseeing key opportunities, reviewing, and refining strategies and writing the content to reflect this.
The ideal candidate will be people-oriented with a passion for fostering a high-performance, winning culture within the team. Experience and knowledge of the social housing sector will be a key advantage, as will the ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results.
