We’re looking for an experienced Pitch & Content Development Manager to join a Corporate & Finance team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a key role supporting a major organisational transition, leading the refresh, drafting and maintenance of high priority pitch materials and related content. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Corporate & Finance to ensure all credentials, capability materials and pitch assets are accurate, compelling and ready for use. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys shaping high‑impact business development content.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a structured programme of updates to pitch and credentials materials following a major merger, ensuring consistency and readiness for Day 1.
  • Rewriting and updating priority pitch, credentials and capability content.
  • Coordinating inputs, updates and approvals from partners, fee‑earners and BD colleagues.
  • Running review cycles, managing version control and keeping sign‑off on track.
  • Ensuring all materials are accurate, visually persuasive and aligned to templates.
  • Maintaining updated content in central repositories and supporting adoption across teams.
  • Incorporating core Corporate & Finance messaging into pitches, decks and submissions.
  • Supporting updates to related web content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Providing ad‑hoc support on live pitches, including RFP responses, pitch decks and targeted research.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in pitches, proposals, pursuits or content development — ideally in professional services.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and rewriting skills with a flair for clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence in visual storytelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive reviews and sign‑off.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Bonus: experience or interest in Finance / Financial Institutions.
