A leading pensions specialist is seeking a junior bid writer to join their growing team. The bid function has developed over the past 3 years and this role will be the third dedicated bid employee, joining a wider sales team of 12. You will have some bid or sales coordination/admin experience and have a natural talent for writing. This is a varied role which encompasses writing and coordination and provides the opportunity for growth and development. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days in the office in central Leeds. Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience with a competitive benefits package. Please note the company are not able to offer sponsorship on this role.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation of tailored, persuasive bid and proposal submissions.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to gather and shape information for RFIs, RFPs, proposals and due diligence questionnaires.
  • Proofreading, editing and writing clear, accurate and well-structured responses that are customised for each opportunity.
  • Coordinating bid activity, timelines and approvals, including document preparation and submission via procurement portals.
  • Maintaining and updating the bid content library, supporting the review and improvement of standard content.
  • Building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of TPT’s pension solutions, adapting existing content where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with TPT’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and governance requirements.
