Practice Manager | Contract and Interim | BidsDV‐Cleared Bid Writer (Contract)

Duration: 5th January – 6th February 2026

We are seeking a DV‐cleared Bid Writer with a strong background in IT Managed Services to support a short‐term contract engagement. This role is critical in shaping persuasive, technically accurate responses to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and embedding ITIL/ITSM best practice into proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear, compelling bid responses aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.

Collaborate with SMEs, service architects, and delivery teams to translate complex technical concepts into client‐friendly language.

Participate in bid reviews and contribute to win strategies.

Ensure proposals meet governance standards and contractual requirements.

Incorporate ITIL/ITSM principles into service descriptions and operating models.

Experience & Skills:

Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Specialist within IT Managed Services.

Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with managed service models, SLAs, and service delivery processes.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools.
