Bid Writer
Salary: Β£45k β Β£55k plus bonus
Location: Remote with some client site visits
My client is an international consultancy in the transport sector working with a variety of companies to help them win franchise or (usually public sector) transport bids.
The bids range from the millions to billions and a bid can be from 1 month to 2 years in duration depending on the project.
Typically you would work on 1 bid at a time but sometimes there can be cross over and you may touch on 3 to 4 at once.
This is very much a hands on role where you will work with the companies clients to write compelling content, interviewing SMEs and Senior Stakeholders to ensure a winning bid.
Their clients are people like Keolis, Stage coach, Serco etc in the UK but also global clients.
The role is home based but travel to client sites is needed from time to time. They have UK offices in available for use in London and the North West.
We are looking for:
A Bid Writer from any sector, ideally with experience in multi-service line bidding but not a deal breaker if not.
Someone who is inquisitive. a creative writer, who is comfortable challenging the answer and the solution.
Someone who is comfortable in remote environment
