About the Role
I have an exciting role for a talented Bid Writer to join a growing property services group, specializing in refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance (M&E) services. Working closely with the Bid Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-quality submissions to secure new business and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing well-written, accurate, and persuasive content for PQQs, ITTs, and client presentations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather the necessary information for bids.
- Ensuring all bid documents are compliant, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
- Conducting research to enhance the quality and relevance of bid submissions.
- Supporting bid processes, governance, and delivery under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the Social Housing or Local Authority sector.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
