A leading specialist supplier to the higher education sector is on the lookout for a talented Bid Manager to join their growing team at their Cambridge HQ. You’ll take the lead on exciting bids and tenders across multiple service lines, managing opportunities ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million-pound contracts. From bid/no-bid decisions through to submission and lessons learned, you’ll own the full process end-to-end.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts across the business to craft persuasive, winning bids, while also helping refine and strengthen the group’s overall offering.
