If you’re a senior bid manager who has a genuine passion for winning, I’d love to hear from you! My client is looking to bring a strong all round bid professional into the team who can manage public sector bids, line manage a team of 2 (previous team management not necessary) and has a desire to succeed. You’ll be joining a team of 14, bidding for waste services predominantly to local authorities. My client is completely open to what services you’ve bid for, but previous experience with public sector bidding would be an advantage. This role is based full time in the Northampton office and offers up to £70,000 + package.
You’ll take ownership of the full tender process, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions.
