Bid Manager – Hybrid (Essex or West London based)
Salary: Up to ÂŁ80,000 + Benefits

A growing and forward-thinking infrastructure business is looking for a talented Bid Manager to join its expanding team in Essex. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on high-value bids across a range of sectors.
About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end bid management for both new business and retained clients
- Collaborate with a well-established team of bid professionals and senior stakeholders
- Focus on quality, strategy, and storytelling in bid submissions
- Work on a variety of infrastructure-related projects, with a preference for candidates with social housing experience—but open to strong candidates from other sectors
- Hybrid working with regular collaboration days at the Essex office
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in bid writing and bid management
- Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from various teams
